- Provided financial and volunteer support for the education programs a the Great Bay Discovery Center: Bay Views; Bay Ventures; spring and fall education programs for over 5,000 elementary school children; winter and summer programs

- Provided funds for Reserve membership in N.E.R.R.A., the National Estuarine Research Reserve Association
- Provided ongoing financial support and assistance with building and grounds maintenance at the Great Bay Discovery Center
- Provided financial support for the Coastal Training Program
- Provided administration and management of the Discovery Store, including 'green' products
- Provided supplies and food to maintain aquaria
- Participated in the "Adopt-a-Highway" clean-up program on Rt. 108
- Participated in the Community Land Stewards program
- Held the 11th annual Great Bay 5K race - the major fundraiser for the Stewards
- Held a benefit night at Flatbread Pizza in Portsmouth - ours was one of the top three non-profit fundraisers in 2009
- Held the 5th annual Art of Great Bay and Gulf of Maine art show and sale
- Administered private donations to GBDC
- Continued to have a hard-working and creative board of directors who are dedicated to preserving the Great Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve
